US chip giant NVIDIA announced plans to open a new artificial intelligence research hub in Singapore as the company expands its global AI footprint and strengthens its presence in Asia.
The new research center will focus on embodied AI, robotics, and improving AI infrastructure efficiency. Nvidia revealed the project during Singapore’s ATxSummit technology conference, where officials highlighted the country’s growing role as a regional AI innovation hub.
